Airport meet-and-greet and transfer to the hotel. A first look at the capital: the Khast-Imam complex, Kukeldash Madrasah and the colourful Chorsu Bazaar.

Morning flight to Urgench and drive to Khiva. A first immersion in the museum city of Itchan Kala under the setting sun.

A walk through Itchan Kala: the Islam Khodja minaret, Kunya-Ark fortress and the Juma Mosque. Then the drive to Bukhara across the Kyzylkum Desert.
